Ozel Tekstil is established on 1955 and located in Inegol-Bursa Industrial Area in Turkey. We are producing mainly lightweight woven fabrics especially for Womenswear, Kidswear, Menswear and Corporatewear brands, retailers and garment manufacturers. Monthly capasity is 1.5 million meters and fully integrated medium size facility with weaving wovens and jacquards, dyeing (both solid/piece dyeing and yarn dyeing) , finishing departments. Sampling departments are well equipped with sample weave, dye, finish and also with handloom machines. Dyeing facility is fully electronic supervised and color continuity and dyeing receipts are adjusted by automation systems. Ozel Tekstil have many sustainability certifications as GOTS,OCS, BCI (for cotons) ; GRS (for recycled polyester), ECOVERO LENZING , TENCEL LENZING, CANOPY GREEN APPROVED VISCOSE usage from LENZING/BIRLA/SANYOU AND OEKOTEX CLASS I (covers for producing kidswear products) certifications . Mainly expert on Viscose / Coton/Polyester/Nylon/Lyocel/Linen compositions with 100% or with multiple mixtures. We have also another line which is called BOUCLET collection for jackets/coats/skirts fancy fabrics. Minimum for production is 1000 meters for yarn dyed checks, 500 meters for stripes and solids, 1000 meters for jacquards and 1000 meters for sustainable line. We have another line called "OLDIES BUT GOLDIES" which contains NOOS fabrics and alsways greige fabrics available for fast shipments like 1 week to 3 weeks. A special line created on 2019 which is called "LOUNGEWEAR and BEACHWEAR" and mainly serving for swimsuit, pyjamas and homewear products. General average lead times is 4 weeks for all collections. 80%of the production is for export markets and 20% is for domestic markets. Main markets are Spain, UK, Germany, France, Japan, US,Portugal, North Africa (e.g Morocco/Tunisia), Australia
